Cancellation Policy:

• If the reservation is cancelled before 45 days from the check-in date there will be a 25% cancellation fee charged on the reservation deposit + GST for any cancellation to cover associated costs.
• If the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the rent plus taxes. Should we secure another booking for some or all of the rental period, you will be refunded the amount of money recovered less a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking + GST.
• In the unlikely event that the rental property becomes unavailable, Gulf Island Vacation Rentals will make every effort to find similar accommodation. Should that prove to be impossible, or if the property does not suit you, we will refund the full amount paid.

• We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, and  bank drafts. (No Personal cheques will be accepted)
