Powell Lake Getaway is a unique island property located on Powell Lake on the Sunshine Coast. Close to the town of Powell River, it is a water access only cottage featuring its own dock and diving peer. Summer water temperatures reach 74°.

The dock is ideal to take advantage of fishing for Rainbow and Cut Throat Salmon from April to June. A canoe and a 12 ft aluminum boat with ores are provided to explore the waterways of Powell Lake. There is boat access to hiking trails just minutes away.

The main cottage features a large deck with panoramic views of the lake, great for watching canoeists passing by on the Powell Forest Canoe Route.

There is a cozy wood burning stove, full kitchen and living room equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. A full bath and shower with slate floors are located just off the deck.
The second cottage offers sleeping quarters, living room and a bathroom with slate floors. There is one bedroom with bunk beds and an extra cot.

This is true cottage country for those that want to take a break from the hectic city life.
