windows overlook an idyllic view of sailboats and
yachts on Garden Bay, known as the Venice of the
North.
The house is surrounded by professionally manicured gardens. A stairway leads down to the property’s private dock which accommodates
boats up to 85 feet. A fire pit is also located at the water’s edge.
Garden Bay Retreat has a modern open floor plan with southwestern décor. It has a wood burning fireplace and leather furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with the luxuries of stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a queen size bed in the master, a double in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the third bedroom.

The wrap around deck is made for entertaining complete with a serving window, granite outside counter, bar stools, deck heater and outside stereo speakers. The deck is also furnished with plush cushioned lounge chairs, deck table and chairs and an umbrella.
